1/3 c Nevella ® Granular No Calorie Sweetener

3/4 c Milk

1 c Cornmeal

1 t Salt

2 Eggs

2 T Shortening

Preheat oven to 400°/F.

Combine flour, baking powder, Nevella ® Granular No Calorie Sweetener,
salt and shortening.

Add eggs, milk and cornmeal, and stir until well blended.

Lightly grease an 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish, and pour cornbread
mixture into dish.

Bake at 400°/F for 25 - 30 minutes.
