Apple Pudding

Serving Size: 6
Preparation Time:

  • 3 ea Apples -- Medium Cooking Apples Peeled &
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Butter -- Lite Unsalted
  • 1/3 cup Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 ea Egg
  • 1/2 cup Skim Milk

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Prepare an 8" baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  3. Arrange apples in the bottom of pan.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in mixing bowl.
  5. In separate bowl combine butter, Nevella® no calorie sweetener, and vanilla.
  6. Add Egg and beat until light and fluffy.
  7. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture.
  8. Slowly add milk to mixture until combined.
  9. Spoon batter into prepared pan.
  10. Bake for 40 - 50 minutes or until a tooth pick comes clean.
  11. Cut into 6 squares and serve warm.
