Swirl Cookies (Low Calorie)

1/2 cup Butter -- Lite Unsalted

2 tablespoon Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener

2 teaspoon Vanilla

2 ea Egg

1 1/2 cups Flour

1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

1/4 cup 2% Milk -- Warmed To Room Temperature

1 teaspoon Cocoa -- Unsweetened

1/8 teaspoon Chocolate Extract

Cooking Spray -- Butter Flavored Refrigerated

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Cream butter, Nevella® no calorie sweetener, vanilla, and eggs.

Combine Flour, baking powder and add to creamed ingredients.

Add 3 tablespoons of milk and stir to thoroughly mix and dough comes together.

Divide dough into 2 parts.

Add cocoa and chocolate extract to one part and stir until well blended.

Chill both halves for at least 1 hour.

Working on a floured surface, roll out each part to a rectangle about 3-inches wide.

Place chocolate part on top of the white part, press together tightly with a rolling pin.

Brush the chocolate dough with remaining milk.

Roll up like a jelly roll to make a log about 1- 1/2-inches in diameter.

Wrap in waxed paper and chill until firm, about 2 hours.

Slice cookies 1/8-inch thick. Place on a nonstick cookie sheet that has been lightly coated with cooking spray.

Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
