2 cups Baby Carrots -- Sliced

1/2 cup Celery -- Sliced Thinly

8 ounce Pineapple -- Tidbits Drained (reserve Juice)

1 tablespoon Vinegar -- White Distilled

2 teaspoon Cornstarch

1 teaspoon Soy Sauce -- Lite

2 tablespoon Butter -- Lite No Salt

1/4 cup Green Onion -- Sliced

1/4 cup Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener

Cook carrots and celery in a medium saucepan with a small amount of water until tender. Drain and set aside.

Add enough water to the reserved pineapple juice to make 1/2 cup of liquid. Stir in vinegar, cornstarch, and soy sauce. Cook in a medium saucepan until liquid thickens, stirring frequently.

Add butter, drained pineapple and onions. Cook until all ingredient are heated.

Add drained carrots and celery, and Nevella® no calorie sweetener.
