Strawberry Pie

1/3 cup Water

1 cup Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener

1 ounce Gelatin Dsst Mix

1/3 cup Water
-
6 cups Strawberries -- Cut In Half

1 2/3 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs

1/4 cup Butter -- Melted Lite Unsalted

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Mix together graham cracker crumbs and butter until well-combined.

Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate or tin.

Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and cool completely.

Mix 1/3 cup water in mixing bowl and add Nevella® no calorie sweetener and mix well.

Add gelatin over the top and let stand for 1 minute.

Pour 1/3 cup water in a pan and bring to a boil.

Pour boiling water over gelatin mixture and mix well until dissolved.

Place mixture in refrigerator for 20 minutes or until mixture begins to set. Stir mixture frequently.

Remove mixture from refrigerator and toss with prepared strawberries.

Add to pie crust and chill until completely set.
