Apple Cinnamon Biscuits

  • 5 ea Biscuits -- Jumbo Plain Low Fat
  • 1/4 cup Butter -- Melted Lite Unsalted
  • 1 1/4 cups Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener
  • 2 1/3 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 ea Apples -- Granny Smith Peeled, Cored And Sliced
  • 3 tablespoon Apple Juice -- Concentrate Unsweetened

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Cut biscuits into quarters.
  3. Roll biscuits in melted butter.
  4. Mix Nevella® no calorie sweetener, and cinnamon.
  5. Roll biscuits in cinnamon, sweetener mixture
  6. Arrange biscuits in 8-inch round pan.
  7. Fill apple pieces on top and between biscuit quarters.
  8. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon, sweetener mixture on top.
  9. Drizzle thawed apple juice concentrate over the top.
  10. Bake for 20 - 35 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
  11. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Serve warm.
