Spring Chicken Salad

Preparation Time:

  • 1/2 cup Yogurt -- Plain Low Fat
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard -- Dry
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener
  • 4 cups Spinach -- Leaves Torn
  • 8 ounce Chicken Breast -- Oven Roasted Cooled And Sliced Thin
  • 2 cups Strawberries -- Sliced
  • 1 cup Grapes -- Green Halved
  • 2 ea Oranges -- Peeled And Sectioned
  • 1/2 cup Pecan -- Pieces

Instructions:
  1. Combine yogurt, pepper, mustard, garlic powder, salt, poppy seeds and Nevella® no calorie sweetener in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Line plate with spinach. arrange chicken, strawberries, grapes, and oranges on top of spinach.
  3. Drizzle dressing over the top and sprinkle with pecans.
