Slaw (Low Calorie)

  • 1 ea Cabbage -- About 1 Pound Thinly Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Green Bell Peppers -- Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion -- Finely Chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Pimentos -- Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1/3 cup Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions:
  1. Combine cabbage, peppers, onions and pimentos in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients into a jar and shake well.
  3. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss well.
  4. Refrigerate over night for best flavor results.
