1/2 cup Butter -- Lite Unsalted

1 cup Flour

2/3 cup Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener

2/3 cups Walnuts -- Chopped

8 ounce Cream Cheese -- Fat Free

1 cup Sour Cream -- Nonfat
-
16 ounce Whipped Topping -- Lite

3 cups 1% Milk
-
1 package Pudding -- Sugar Free Instant Pistachio

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Prepare a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray

In a medium bowl blend the butter, flour and Nevella® no calorie sweetener together. Blend until crumbly and add 1/2 cup of walnuts.

Press into a baking dish and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until firm.

Cool completely.

Combine cream cheese and sour cream until well blended.

Fold in 8 ounces of whipped topping.

Spread evenly over cooled crust.

Combine milk, pudding mix and beat on low speed for 2 minutes or until it starts to thicken.

Spread evenly over the first layer.

Spread evenly 8 ounces of whipped topping over second layer.

Sprinkle with remaining nuts.

Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
