Pistachio Dream

  • 1/2 cup Butter -- Lite Unsalted
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2/3 cup Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener
  • 2/3 cups Walnuts -- Chopped
  • 8 ounce Cream Cheese -- Fat Free
  • 1 cup Sour Cream -- Nonfat
  • 16 ounce Whipped Topping -- Lite
  • 3 cups 1% Milk
  • 1 package Pudding -- Sugar Free Instant Pistachio

Crust:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray
  3. In a medium bowl blend the butter, flour and Nevella® no calorie sweetener together. Blend until crumbly and add 1/2 cup of walnuts.
  4. Press into a baking dish and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until firm.
  5. Cool completely.

First Layer:
  1. Combine cream cheese and sour cream until well blended.
  2. Fold in 8 ounces of whipped topping.
  3. Spread evenly over cooled crust.

Second Layer:
  1. Combine milk, pudding mix and beat on low speed for 2 minutes or until it starts to thicken.
  2. Spread evenly over the first layer.

Third Layer:
  1. Spread evenly 8 ounces of whipped topping over second layer.
  2. Sprinkle with remaining nuts.
  3. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
