2 cups Nevella ® no Calorie Sweetener

1 3/4 cups Flour

3/4 cup Cocoa -- Unsweetened Powder

1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 teaspoon Salt

2 Eggs
-
1 cup Milk
-
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

2 teaspoon Vanilla
-
1 cup Water
-
1 Butter -- Lite Butter W/O Salt

2/3 cup Cocoa -- Unsweetened Powder
-
3 cups Sugar -- Powdered
-
1/3 cup Milk
-
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Heat oven to 350°
-
Grease and flour two 9" round baking pans
-
Stir together Nevella® No Calorie Sweetener, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl.

Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract; beat on medium speed of mixer 2 minutes, stir in boiling water(bater will be thin).

Pour batter into pans

Bake 30-35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans

The last 5 ingredients are for the Frosting

1 stick butter (melted)

2/3 cup cocoa unsweetened powder; alternately adding powdered sugar and milk.

Beating to spreading consistency. Add small amounts of milk if needed. Stir in vanilla makes about 2 cups of frosting.
