Perfectly Chocolate Cake

Preparation Time:

  • 2 cups Nevella ® no Calorie Sweetener
  • 1 3/4 cups Flour
  • 3/4 cup Cocoa -- Unsweetened Powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Butter -- Lite Butter W/O Salt
  • 2/3 cup Cocoa -- Unsweetened Powder
  • 3 cups Sugar -- Powdered
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions:
  1. Heat oven to 350°
  2. Grease and flour two 9" round baking pans
  3. Stir together Nevella® No Calorie Sweetener, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
  4. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract; beat on medium speed of mixer 2 minutes, stir in boiling water(bater will be thin).
  5. Pour batter into pans
  6. Bake 30-35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans
  7. The last 5 ingredients are for the Frosting
  8. 1 stick butter (melted)
  9. 2/3 cup cocoa unsweetened powder; alternately adding powdered sugar and milk.
  10. Beating to spreading consistency. Add small amounts of milk if needed. Stir in vanilla makes about 2 cups of frosting.
