Peanut Butter And Jelly Cookies

Preparation Time:

  • 3/4 cup Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener
  • 1 ea Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter -- Creamy Smooth
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cup Strawberry Jam -- No Sugar Added

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine Nevella® no calorie sweetener, egg and vanilla together.
  3. Add peanut butter and baking soda. Mix until dough comes together.
  4. Form dough into 24 balls and place on a baking sheet 1-inch apart. Gently press thumb into the center of each.
  5. Fill each with 1/2 teaspoon of jam.
  6. Bake until lightly browned on the bottom, 10 - 12 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack completely.
