3/4 cup Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener

1 ea Egg

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1 cup Peanut Butter -- Creamy Smooth

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1/4 cup Strawberry Jam -- No Sugar Added

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine Nevella® no calorie sweetener, egg and vanilla together.

Add peanut butter and baking soda. Mix until dough comes together.

Form dough into 24 balls and place on a baking sheet 1-inch apart. Gently press thumb into the center of each.

Fill each with 1/2 teaspoon of jam.

Bake until lightly browned on the bottom, 10 - 12 minutes.

Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack completely.
