1/2 cup Butter -- Lite Butter W/O Salt

1 cup Nevella ® no Calorie Sweetener

2 Eggs

1 cup Banana -- Mashed Ripe Bananas About 2

1/4 cup Milk -- Use Low Fat

1 tablespoon Orange Peel -- Grated Orange Peel

1 teaspoon Vanilla
-
1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract
-
2 cup Flour
-
1 teaspoon Soda
-
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
-
1/2 teaspoon Salt
-
1 cup Coconut -- Flaked Coconut
-
1/2 cup Walnuts
-
1/2 cup Pineapple -- Crushed

In a mixing bowl cream butter and Nevella ® No Calorie Sweetener
-
Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition
-
Beat in Bananas, milk, orange peel and vanilla & almond extracts

Combine flour, soda and salt and add to creamed mixture until moistened

Fold in the coconut, walnuts and pineapple
-
Transfer to a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan

Bake @ 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes

Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack
