Aloha Quick Bread

  • 1/2 cup Butter -- Lite Butter W/O Salt
  • 1 cup Nevella ® no Calorie Sweetener
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Banana -- Mashed Ripe Bananas About 2
  • 1/4 cup Milk -- Use Low Fat
  • 1 tablespoon Orange Peel -- Grated Orange Peel
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 2 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Coconut -- Flaked Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple -- Crushed

Instructions:
  1. In a mixing bowl cream butter and Nevella ® No Calorie Sweetener
  2. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition
  3. Beat in Bananas, milk, orange peel and vanilla & almond extracts
  4. Combine flour, soda and salt and add to creamed mixture until moistened
  5. Fold in the coconut, walnuts and pineapple
  6. Transfer to a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan
  7. Bake @ 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes
  8. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack
