Peach Cobbler

Preparation Time:

  • 4 cups Peaches Raw -- Peeled
  • 2 cups Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 8 tablespoon Butter -- Lite Unsalted
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour -- Self-Rising
  • 1 1/2 cups 2% Milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine the peaches, 1 cup Nevella® no calorie sweetener, and water in a saucepan and mix well.
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes, remove from heat.
  4. Place the butter in a 3 quart baking dish and place in the oven to melt.
  5. Mix remaining 1 cup of Nevella® no calorie sweetener, flour and milk slowly to prevent clumping.
  6. Pour mixture over melted butter. Do not stir.
  7. Spoon fruit on top and gently pour in syrup.
  8. Sprinkle top with ground cinnamon.
  9. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes. Batter will rise to top during baking.
