Oriental Salad

  • 1/3 cup Green Onion -- Sliced Thinly
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce -- Lite
  • 3 tablespoon Water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • 3 ounce Ramen Noodles
  • 2 cups Pea Pods -- Halved
  • 1 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1 cup Mushroom -- Fresh Sliced
  • 8 3/4 ounce Baby Corn
  • 1 ea Bell Pepper -- Red Sliced
  • 3 cups Cabbage -- Chinese Shredded
  • 1/3 cup Cashews

Instructions:
  1. Combine green onions, soy sauce, water, sesame oil, Nevella® no calorie sweetener, garlic powder and red pepper flakes in a sealed jar.
  2. Break ramen noodles into pieces and combine pea pods in a large bowl. Pour boiling water over mix and let stand for 1 minute; drain.
  3. Combine all remaining ingredients and toss with dressing.
  4. Cover and chill 2 - 24 hours.
  5. Sprinkle with cashews before serving.
