7 Layer Salad

  • 1 Cucumber -- Sliced
  • 1 Lettuce -- Chopped
  • 1 Onion -- Diced
  • 1 Green Pepper -- Diced
  • 1 cup Celery -- Diced
  • 1 Frozen Peas -- 10 Oz Pkg
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise -- Can Use Regular Or Lite
  • 1/4 cup Nevella ® no Calorie Sweetener
  • 8 ounce Cheese -- Optional
  • 2 Bacon -- Optional

Instructions:
  1. In a large bowl layer lettuce, and all vegetables finishing with peas on top.
  2. Mix Mayonnaise with Nevella® No Calorie Sweetener and pour on top of salad
  3. Do not stir until ready to serve.
