1 1/4 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs -- About 18 Wafers

2 tablespoon Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener

3 tablespoon Butter -- Lite Unsalted

8 ounce Cream Cheese -- Softened Low Fat

1 cup Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener

1/4 teaspoon Vanilla

2 teaspoon Lemon Peel

3 ea Egg

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Mix together graham cracker crumbs, Nevella® no calorie sweetener and butter until well-combined.

Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate or tin.

Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and cool completely.

Beat cream cheese, Nevella® no calorie sweetener, vanilla, and lemon peel together until well combined.

Add eggs one at a time until well incorporated.

Pour batter into crust.

Bake for 1 hour or until firm.

Cool completely, refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
