Lemon Cheesecake

Preparation Time:

  • 1 1/4 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs -- About 18 Wafers
  • 2 tablespoon Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener
  • 3 tablespoon Butter -- Lite Unsalted
  • 8 ounce Cream Cheese -- Softened Low Fat
  • 1 cup Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Peel
  • 3 ea Egg

Crust:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, Nevella® no calorie sweetener and butter until well-combined.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate or tin.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and cool completely.

Filling:
  1. Beat cream cheese, Nevella® no calorie sweetener, vanilla, and lemon peel together until well combined.
  2. Add eggs one at a time until well incorporated.
  3. Pour batter into crust.
  4. Bake for 1 hour or until firm.
  5. Cool completely, refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
