1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

3 tablespoon Butter -- Melted Lite Unsalted

2 tablespoon Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener

1 ea Unflavored Gelatin -- 1/4 Ounce

1 3/4 cups Skim Milk

8 ounce Cream Cheese -- Low Fat

1/3 cup Lime Juice

1/2 cup Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener

Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and 2 tablespoons of butter in the bottom of a 7-inch springform pan; press evenly on the bottom and 1/2-inch up the sides of the pan.

Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup of milk in a small saucepan; let stand 2 - 3 minutes. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved.

Beat cream cheese in a small bowl until fluffy.

Combine all ingredients together and mix well.

Pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

To serve, loosen sides with spatula and remove sides of pan.

Garnish with lime slices, raspberries and mint leaves.
