Heartland Butter Cake (Reduced Calorie)

3 cups Flour

2 cups Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 cup Buttermilk -- Low Fat

1 cup Butter -- Lite Unsalted

2 teaspoon Vanilla
-
4 ea Eggs

3/4 cup Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener

1/3 cup Butter -- Lite Unsalted

3 tablespoon Water
-
2 teaspoon Vanilla

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.

In a large bowl combine flour 2 cups Nevella® no calorie sweetener, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.

Blend in buttermilk, 1 cup butter, 2 teaspoons of vanilla and 4 eggs.

Bake for 60 minutes or until clean with a toothpick.

In a saucepan combine 3/4 cup Nevella® no calorie sweetener, 1/3 cup butter, 2 teaspoons vanilla and water.

Cook over medium heat until fully melted and combined. Do not boil.

Prick holes in warm cake and slowly pour sauce to cover.

Let the cake cool completely before removing from the pan.
