1/3 cup Water -- Boiling

1 cup Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener

1 cup Milk -- Nonfat Dry

2 1/2 cups Oats -- Rolled

1 1/2 cups Wheat Germ

1/4 cup Almonds -- Chopped
-
1/4 cup Coconut -- Unsweetened Shredded

3 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

1 cup Raisins
-
1/2 cup Prunes -- Pitted Chopped
-
1/2 cup Apricots -- Dried Chopped

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

In a medium bowl dissolve water and Nevella® no calorie sweetener.

Add dry milk and mix well with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

In a large bowl combine oats, wheat germ, almonds, coconut and salt.

Add in the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 40 - 50 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in raisins, prunes and apricots and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Cooled completely and store in an airtight container.

Use within 2 weeks.
