Ginger Salad Dressing

Preparation Time:

  • 1/2 cup Onion -- Minced
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Oil
  • 1/3 cups Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger -- Minced
  • 2 tablespoon Celery -- Minced
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 4 teaspoon Soy Sauce -- Lite
  • 1 tablespoon Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic -- Minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for 1-minute
  3. Store in an air tight container. Use within one week.
