Cranberry Salad Dressing Mix

Preparation Time:

  • 1 cup Cranberry -- Whole Raw
  • 1 Orange -- Medium Peeled And Sectioned
  • 2/3 cup Nevella ® no Calorie Sweetener
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard -- Dry Ground Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Onion -- Grated
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions:
  1. In a blender or food processor combine cranberries, orange, Nevella® No Calorie Sweetener, vinegar, salt, mustard and onion.
  2. While processing gradually add oil in a steady stream.
  3. Refrigerate will keep 1-2 weeks
  4. Makes about 2 1/2 cups
