Chocolate Sheet Cake

  • 1 stick Butter -- Lite Butter W/O Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Milk -- Fat Free Or Low Fat
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Soda
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 cups Nevella ® no Calorie Sweetener
  • 5 tbsp Cocoa -- Unsweetened Powder
  • 1 Powdered Sugar -- Use For Frosting
  • 5 tbsp Cocoa -- Unsweetened Powder/ Frosting
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla -- Frosting
  • 1/3 cup Milk -- Fat Free Or Low Fat/ Frosting
  • 1 stick Butter -- Lite Butter W/O Salt- Frosting

Instructions:
  1. Bring to boil the butter, oil, and water
  2. Add the eggs, milk, vanilla and soda
  3. Mix together the Nevella® No Calorie sweetener, flour and cocoa and add to liquid mixture
  4. Pour into greased and floured sheet cake pan
  5. Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes
  6. While cake is baking mix together the 1 box powered sugar, 5 tsp cocoa, vanilla, milk and butter(melted)
  7. Frost cake while still warm.
