Chocolate Mousse

1/4 ounce Gelatin -- Unflavored

1/4 cup Water -- Cold

2 tablespoon Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener

1/3 cup Cocoa -- Unsweetened

3/4 cup Skim Milk

1/2 cup Yogurt -- Plain

2 tablespoon Vanilla
-
2 teaspoon Rum Extract

1/2 cup Whipped Topping -- Low Fat

In a small mixing bowl sprinkle gelatin over water and allow to stand for 2 minutes.

In a medium sauce pan stir Nevella® no calorie sweetener and cocoa together adding milk. Cook over medium heat until very hot but not boiling.

Add gelatin mixture stirring until dissolved.

Transfer to a medium bowl and refrigerate until slightly cool.

In a food processor or blender, combine yogurt, vanilla and rum extract. Blend until smooth.

Transfer to a mixing bowl, add whipped topping and stir until combined.

Fold mixture into the cocoa mixture.

Spoon into dessert cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
