Chocolate Mousse

  • 1/4 ounce Gelatin -- Unflavored
  • 1/4 cup Water -- Cold
  • 2 tablespoon Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa -- Unsweetened
  • 3/4 cup Skim Milk
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt -- Plain
  • 2 tablespoon Vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon Rum Extract
  • 1/2 cup Whipped Topping -- Low Fat

Instructions:
  1. In a small mixing bowl sprinkle gelatin over water and allow to stand for 2 minutes.
  2. In a medium sauce pan stir Nevella® no calorie sweetener and cocoa together adding milk. Cook over medium heat until very hot but not boiling.
  3. Add gelatin mixture stirring until dissolved.
  4. Transfer to a medium bowl and refrigerate until slightly cool.
  5. In a food processor or blender, combine yogurt, vanilla and rum extract. Blend until smooth.
  6. Transfer to a mixing bowl, add whipped topping and stir until combined.
  7. Fold mixture into the cocoa mixture.
  8. Spoon into dessert cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
