Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2 cup Butter -- Lite Unsalted Softened

1/4 cup Brown Sugar

1/2 cup Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener

1 ea Egg

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1 cup Flour
-
3 tablespoon Cocoa Powder

1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

1/8 teaspoon Salt

2 tablespoon Skim Milk

1/3 cup Semisweet Chocolate

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, brown sugar and Nevella® no calorie sweetener.

Add egg, and vanilla and mix well.

Stir together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add dry ingredients to wet, add milk to mixture and blend until combined.

Drop onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until golden.

Remove from cookie sheet and cool on rack.
