24 ounce Cream Cheese -- Low Fat

1 cup Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener

5 ea Egg

1 teaspoon Vanilla

8 ounce Sour Cream -- Reduced Fat

1 cup Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener

1 teaspoon Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Line cupcake tins with paper liners.

In a medium mixing bowl cream together the cream cheese and 1 cup Nevella® no calorie sweetener.

Stir in eggs one at a time to ensure incorporated.

Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix well.

Spoon mixture into cupcake liners until 2/3 filled.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown, remove and cool for 10 minutes.

Whisk together sour cream, 1 cup Nevella® no calorie sweetener and remaining vanilla.

Spoon on top of each cupcake.

Return to the oven and bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until set.

Cool completely before removing from pans.
