Broccoli And Bacon Salad

  • 1 ea Broccoli -- Large Head
  • 1 ea Onion -- Small Red Halved And Sliced Thin
  • 2/3 cup Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise -- Light
  • 1/2 cup Nevella® Granular No Calorie Sweetener
  • 2 tablespoon 2% Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Vinegar -- White
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper -- Black
  • 4 ea Bacon -- Cooked Crisp And Chopped

Instructions:
  1. Trim, chop and wash broccoli, place into a large bowl.
  2. Add onion, raisins and sunflower seeds.
  3. Blend mayonnaise, Nevella® no calorie sweetener, milk and vinegar until smooth. Pour over salad. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Refrigerate overnight and top with bacon before serving.
