Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins

1 1/4 cups Flour -- All Purpose Flour

1 cup Oatmeal -- Quick Cooking Oats

1/2 cup Nevella ® no Calorie Sweetener

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
-
2 Egg White
-
1/2 cup Water
-
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
-
1 cup Blueberries -- Use Fresh Or Frozen

2 tablespoon Nevella ® no Calorie Sweetener

1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

In a bowl combine flour, oatmeal, Nevella® No Calorie Sweetener, baking powder, Baking Soda, and salt

In another bowl beat egg whites, water, and oil.

Stir to dry ingredients just until moistened

Fold in Blueberries

Fill paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 way full

Combine 2 Tbls Nevella ® No Calorie Sweetener and Cinnamon and sprinkle over muffins

Bake @ 400° for about 18-22 Minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
