Cherry Crumble Cake

Tray bake recipe

300 g butter
500 g flour
2 packets of baking powder
1 grated zest of lemon
2 egg yolks
20 teaspoons of Nevella Stevia granular sweetener
2 glasses of sour cherries
2 teaspoons of Nevella Stevia granular sweetener
small amount of starch for thickening

Mix butter, flour, baking powder, egg yolks, lemon zest and Nevella Stevia granular sweetener, untilt the dough is crumbly. Lightly grease a baking tray and evenly put and press more than half of the crumble dough onto the baking tray.
Empty the glasses of sour cherries in a sieve collecting the juice in a bowl. Boil up the juice and thicken it with some starch dissolved in water. Add the cherries and distribute them evenly on the dough. Spread the remaining crumbles evenly on the pie. Bake the pie at 180 C for approx. 35 minutes.
